1. If I recite 4 Quls and Kursi surahs, blow into the olive oil then can I apply that oil on my whole body, all parts. I listened to a record of sheikh who recommends to do so for shifa or for protection against eyeing or magics.
2. Some religious people give to sick person a paper where they say ayahs from Qur’an are written there, and then people are to put that paper into a cup of water, and when the writing is faded they drink that water for shifa, and burn or bury in the ground the clean paper. Is it allowed in sharia, or how shariah says about it whether this practice is allowed or not.
Disrespect of Quran, sacred names of Allah and other sacred text is not allowed under any conditions. One may recite the Verses of Quran and blow on to the water and drink it thereafter. One may also recite Verses of Quran and blow it on the olive oil and then apply it on his body for the purpose of Shifa (cure). It is better to not apply such oil to the private parts unless one is told by a scholar under certain conditions.
Also, it is permissible to drink the water in which the ink had dissolved from writing a sacred text as long as it is not considered harmful for the body.
And Allah knows best.
