Assalamu Alaikum Mufti Saab, Hanafi and Shafi pray differently, I mean, Shafi men raise their hands for Qunoot in Fajr whereas Hanafi don't, Hanafi women do not bend all the way for Ruku(if a glass is kept behind thier back it should slide down) whereas Shafi women pray just as Shafi men do with all the way bent for Ruku and also elbows not touching the ground during Sajda. Can you let me know the Daleel behind these postures ? JazakAllah Khair

The method of Salah according to the precepts of Hanafi Fiqh is completely substantiated with the evidence from the Hadith of the Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alaihe Wa Sallam the practice of Sahabah. These proofs are available in almost all the books of Hadith. Many scholars have gathered these proofs in separate books as well. Some books are in Arabic, many are in Urdu and some maybe found in English as well. If you are able to read and understand Urdu then I would recommend you to access the book from the link below and read it. There you will find answers to your questions.
