Answer

If my wet feet or body touches the dry Mazi or dry Semen on bed sheet, then do my body become impure?

According to the opinion of majority of scholars Mazi and Mani (semen) remain Najis (impure) even after it has dried.
Now if a wet limb such as hand, feet or fingers touches the dry Nijasah then one should determine whether there is any sign of Nijasah on the limb. If there is any sign of Nijasah on the limb then it should be washed. If no sign of Nijasah is visible then it would not be required to wash the limb.
In case the Nijasah becomes visible on the limb, only the limb will be required to wash and it is not necessary to repeat the entire Wudhu.
In your particular question, if your wet feet caught any visible sign of Nijasah after touching it then you should wash your feet. Otherwise your feet will remain free of impurity.
And Allah knows best.
