Answer

I am working as a research analyst in a brokerage facilitating firm. Basically, the firm earns its income from introducing clients to our primary broker which is n New Zealand. In this way, it is an introductory broker. Now I work here as a research analyst. I watch fundamentals of the market and analyze where a particular currency or a commodity would go. Please answer me, whether it is haram or hilal?

The business of brokerage is not unlawful altogether. In essence the business of brokerage is Halal unless it involves some forbidden transactions.
Therefore your job as a research analyst would be Halal (lawful) and your income will also be Halal unless the brokerage company is involved in some explicit Haram dealings from Shari'a's perspective.
If the brokerage firm that you work for is involved in explicit Haram transaction and your work as an analyst directly contributes to that then your job will be undoubtedly impermissible. If the brokerage firm is involved in some explicit Haram transactions but your work as an analyst does not directly advances/aides their business then your job maybe considered Halal but it would be advised to search for a pure job that does not include any involvement in any forbidden transaction at any level.
And Allah knows best.
