I heard that if you watch an indian film at the cinemas. Some of the share of the
money paid towards the cinema ticket goes to the indian army (Kuffar army).
If a person does go and watch an indian film at the cinema. Does this make a person a kafir?
Jazakallah for your time and efforts.
Watching films/movies that promote illicit content, nudity, vulgarity and other forms of Haram is not allowed in Islam. A Muslim should never watch such films as it would be considered an act of disobedience to Allah.
Nevertheless, the belief of Ahlus Sunnah is that one does not become Kafir by merely committing a sin. Thus, those who do watch films are not Kuffar.
And Allah knows best.
