Salaamalaikum wa Rahmatullah Shaikh
I wanted to know, if a Muslim man is allowed to marry a woman who was brought up as a Christian, but does not believe that Jesus is son of God. She believes in God but is not practicing Christianity and any other religion right now. But she is learning more about religions and Islam as well.
A Muslim man is allowed to marry a Muslim, Jewish or Christian woman. If a Chistian woman does not believe for herself that she is a Christian neither she considers herself as one then she would not be considered a Christian. Therefore it would not be allowed for a Muslim to marry her as long as she stays in that condition.
And Allah knows best.
